Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with full tracking.

How long it takes

Your order arrives within 7–14 days of when you place it. That's the whole wait, including the time we take to prepare and inspect your order. Every sleigh is inspected by hand before it ships and packed in our keepsake gift box.

Christmas delivery

Orders placed by December 7, 2026 are expected to arrive before Christmas. Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed, and December is the busiest time of year for every carrier. Ordering early is always the safest choice.

Customs and duties

There are no customs fees, duties or import charges to pay when your order arrives. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays

If anything delays your order beyond the delivery window, we'll email you with an update and your options, including a full refund if you'd prefer not to wait.

Wrong address or missing parcel

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at support@aeroclaus.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbours and your building's mailroom, then email us and we'll help.

PO boxes

We can ship to PO boxes, but tracked delivery is most reliable to a street address.
